We strive to have our clients be 100% comfortable with our intake (not necessarily so with coaching, which can get uncomfortable if we're doing our job well). We welcome your feedback on our new client intake system outlined below.
How it Works
We provide individual sessions as well as coaching and consulting packages. For more information about the various service packages, visit the Packages and Pricing page.
You can register and pay for services online at our Purchase Page, which can process fee payments using paypal, credit card or checks. Feel free to call or email before signing up for services. Or, if you're comfortable with just signing up now, simply follow these steps:
STEP 1. If you are a new client, sign up for the New Client Appointment our Purchase Page, which is offered at 50% off our normal fees. Returning clients, click Book an Appointment from our Purchase Page.
STEP 2. After purchasing an appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email booking the appointment. This is not automated, and may take 24hrs. Also in the confirmation email, you'll receive more information and intake paperwork if you're a new client.
STEP 3. Return all paperwork 48 hours prior to arriving at your session, when possible. This is very important, as it allows us to provide the best possible service to you. (Call us if you must make other arrangements).
STEP 4. We will match you with a coach-consultant (allowing for your requests whenever possible). If you approve the match, do nothing. If you request a change, let us know as soon as possible (at least 48 hours before your session) and we'll either accommodate your request, or refund your money.
